dear sir i allready apply for same in form no7 and 8, the authority say s that i received the same after 6 months if it is so that is very bad beacuse without id card there is not id proof valid in our state
pl.do the need full.

I filled up the new voter ID card form online. Also I filled up the form of my wife. The Form Sr. No. is Prakash Isudas chauhan (S06/Form 6/ 043/0130/2012R/00008 and my form sr. no. is Kokila Prakash Chauhan (S06/Form 6/ 043/0130/2012R/00019. But we did not get the new voter ID card. I live in Vatva-Ahmedabad. My address : Saibaba Appartment, Block No.09, Flat No. 141, Opp. SLM company, Vatva-Ahmedabad. Pin code no. 382440.
I request you sir, pls give the new voter ID card as soon as possible.
