Election Commission Of India - mcx open on election date 30th april

if NSE and BSE is going to be closed on election day(30-04-2009) of mumbai . why mcx is open on that day?

BSA bareilly distt of uttar pradesh going on politicaly motivation, he is (govt officer) misused the name of protocal, and sacrifices independance under local pressure.
He tranferred some teachers in interest of actively working for politician aspacts against rules and regulation norms defines by eci protocal.
He orderred transferring and relieved a teacher ausaf malik head master ps niyamatpur, block damkhoda bareilly on dated 24 april 2009
 
Indus Net technologies, a company in Kolkata has asked all its employees to adjust the election day (13th) off on some non-working days. While legally as per law a company is bound to give holidays on election days and that cannot be adjusted. The company is pressing against if anyone takes leave without compensating, it would result in deduction in salary. This is clear manipulation and dictation of terms. Please can anyone do something about this.
