I have voted in last 2 general elections and surprisingly my name is not in the electoral list of 2009. All the names of my family members are appearing in the list - only my name is not appearing. How can this happen ??

I have right to know the reasons for the same. Otherwise I will lodge a Case of negligence on Election commission officials. This is totally inexcusable. I went to the polling station...

I applied for voter id card registration during the month of October 2008 with all documents
I got my name registered and found in my voter list.

But, Till Now I Didn't receive my Voter ID Card.
I walked several times to the above office, but invain.
Lastly yesterday the Electroal Officer insisted me to apply again with all documents after April 12th 2009.

i had a voter id card previously, in which my sex was stated incorrectly. i given this voter id card with form no. 8 for the correction but i haven't received the new voter id card.
now again i have given 25 rs. to get the duplicate voter id card, but there are no correction in this card, moreover there are more mistakes in it.
