[Resolved]  Election Commission Of India — Voter Id card

Respected Sir,
i got my voters id in last april month-2009.but in the last election my name was not included in list..so i request you to register my name in the voters list.my id card no. s ZZK0191916...

Voter card No.HDY2236941. I am HIMANGSHU MANDAL . My father's name is Late A N Mandal (Addr -76/2 Sri Ganesh appartment VijoynagaR Lalghati Bhopal- Hozzur vidhan shoba khetra) but in Voter id card it was changed . I have submitted for correction in concern office at Bhopal but I am not geting it back.My name is there in Local voter list and I have cast my vote in last two election held here without voter card. Requested to get back the voter ID after correction as early as possible

i have shifted with my family from "bldg 17/34 Rly police quarter, priyadarshani nagar, pantnagar, Ghatkopar (E) Mumbai 40000 75 to Bassera apartment Room no 201, Masoli, Main road Dahanu, Tal. Dahanu Dist. Thane ".our name is avalable in voter list at my old address.
but our voter id is lost and also
1) we want to transfer our name to our new add

2) we want a fresh voter card at my present address.

what to do and how do please reply in details.

I am an exserviceman (Ex IAF) residing at Brahmand Phase IV CHS Ltd, Bldg No. C 5 Flat No. 603,
Earlier I had submitted a form at St Xavier School, Azad Nagar Thane (W) for inclusion of my and wife's name in voter's list and identity card. Mine and wife's names have been included in voter list. We have voted also, but we have not got Identity card yet.
