Wrong details on voter ID card

My voter ID card No is XPD3519899. All The details on My Voter card is wrong. My name spells are wrong. Father Name is mntioned on place of Husband name. Date of Birth is also wrong. Please do help

In my Voter ID name is wrongly mentioned.My name Durga Vijaya Ramudu Jalakanuri but mentioned as Ramudu jalakanuri only.please change my name As Durga Vijaya Ramudu jalakanuri
