sir,
i have have taken electricity conection since 1999 with conection number 514378 but from 3 to 4 year i am geting a new bill with conection number 514348 as well as my valid bill conection number 514378. there were not any conection taken by me besides my old conection (no.514378).i have already complained at brantch office which is situated at hukulganj in varanasi.i have receiving copy of my complaint but they are not doing anythig and i am still getting the invalid bill with conection no. 514348.. so please do anything about my complaint.
