Dear sir, I vidya nand singh is a consumer of Bihar electricity and and the customer id -12144 and division-forbesganj and sub-division-araria and account no. KH/DS/6829. i made the online payment of amount Rs.500/- from my SBI net banking (a/c no.[protected]) but due to server/system error the payment was made to the following a/c. SHOHRAB S/O MD.MUSTAQUE AZMATPUR,ARARIA Customer id-14144 A/c No.AZM/DS/7455 Division-Forbesganj Sub-Division-Araria and the Money Reciept: ON[protected] and Date :[protected] and transaction detail is- 08-Aug-2013 TO TRANSFER bfbdefbfbd6b18efbfbdefbfbIGK8564797 (08-Aug-2013 INB Bihar State TRANSFER TO [protected] BIHAR 500.00 Electricity B STATE ELECTRICITY. Electricity — Undue delay in getting a connection
It has been almost three years now since i bought a house in trichur and inspite of my going several times to trichur kseb office and furnishing all the documents etc, etc, so far I have not got the electircity connection.Fortunately, I have got a computerised bill after I paid the said amount.
One thing which is beyond my understanding is another person who bought a house in the same locality in Trichur got the connection already in 6 months.
