Please check the below tralling mail .Defective peice of Electrolux Refrigerator supplied from SR Bhiwadi .
I am fully Fedup with Electrolux refrigerator service as well as product .

I have purchased Electrolux Refrigerator on dated - 13May 2010, Invoice No - 101
S R India, Bhiwadi ( Raj ). From day starting there was a problem with that defective
piece supplied to me the problem is that it was not working after complaint Dealer
replace New Refrigerator.But it has also a defective piece .
The following complaints register in your Customer care .

I was waiting for it's rectification but yesterday i came to
know that my complaint has been closed without rectification . I am very much
surprise how it happened wihout my signature on complaint report .The complaint

I am much surprise how the new piece are so defective & what way your company
deals it's customer .
I am fully Fedup with Electrolux refrigerator service as well as product .
Please revert me if there is any proper solution at your company for my comlaint
or I have to think Legally action .
