this is to bring to your kind notice that our frost free refrigerator DFF40
has not been cooling since the last 2 months. we've already paid the service charges twice to the service centers involved. both these centers duped us and have not got back to us, inspite of repeated phonecalls. I shall give you the necessary details if i get some positive response from you. please do suggest the next course of action.

DEAL....COMBINED WITH THE ANGER AT THE SHEER SHAMELESSNESS OF THE SERVICE CENTRES INVOLVED.
inspite of repeated phonecalls and mails, there has been no respone from your end and the customer continues to suffer.
