[Resolved] Electrolux Er 240 Deo Fresh Lux Freeze — FREEZE NOT WORKING SINCE PURCHASE | |||
I have purchased Electrolux ER 240 DEO FRESH LUX Freeze on 15/5/2009. Since purchase the freeze is not working properly During the warranty period till to date I have been complaining to the Service centre about the non functioning of the Freeze. I alsol submitted a written complaint to Videocon Internation Ltd. Rajkot. on 21.11.2009, however no reply or acknowlegement received. Recently the freeze stopped working totally and the company provided a New compressor and charged for fillling theGAS and change of Pipeline. However, again the freeze is not working properly and new problems are emerging. The Complaint Nos are : RAJ[protected], RAJ [protected] RAJ : [protected] RAJ[protected] MAJOR PROBLEMS : Water accumulation and overflowing in the Rear tray of the Freeze, which should be absorbed and not be overflowed. Freeze get heated abornmally and even the surrounding furniture cupboards and contents gets heated. The customer service numbers of Videocon International Ltd. - Rajkot provided by the Help Line are also not in sue. Dear Sir,
I have purchased a double door freeze for 230lt. on[protected] from Shakti Appliancces, Ahmedabad, Sr.No.[protected].After sometimes, a cooling problem was started. For this I have lodged complain and freeze was repaired for this I have paid Rs.1520/-, as it was found gas pipeline was chock up. After some time the problem again arrised and complain. has been made vide complain No. 7P[protected], and freeze has been taken to work shop and repair and again got repaired and an amount has been made for Rs.1650/- with the said complain found i.e. pipeline was chock-up after some times again the same problem arised and complain has been booked vide complain No. 7P[protected] and freeze has been taken to workshop on 14-10-08.After purchasing a freeze I have already spent an amount of Rs 3500/-but the problem has not solved. I have already made a complain on 16-10-08 to your customer service but I have not received any reply.
I hereby request you to pl. arrange to solve the problem immediately, if is not possible,
Kindly change the freeze and delivered to me. The fresh complain No. 7P01108003.After this complain nobody can solve the problem.I make a complain by mail also but not getting any reply. What can we do ? Pl. do needfully.
