Dear Gentlemen,
According to your advice, I repaired my above mentioned washing machine (Eletrolux EW845F) through "Paul & Company,Belghoria,Kolkata-700 056, (complaint No.KL69B09037 dated 09/11/09) with a service (with spare parts) charge of around Rs.4500/-.During the service period I find the people of the said service center are very rough and non-cooperative.
However, recently ( again hardly after six moths), the machine started to malfunction similarly as earlier and I made a complaint (No.Kol[protected] dated 8/07/10) with you and again service people of the same center of Belghoria inspected the machine and gave me repair estimation of another Rs.4000/-.
You can easily see that within six moths period, I am asked to spend more than Rs.8000/- by your said authorized service center, with which I easily can acquire a new branded washing machine!!
Under the above circumstances, I require your advice, whether I should go for a exchange offer or go for a repeat repair service through an another service center, as I am terribly dissatisfied with "Paul & Company" who even during your monsoon free service inspection period, took the usual inspection charge.
