Beanstandung Stabmixer STM 1100
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
am 24.o6. schickte ich Ihnen den defekten Stabmixer STM 1100 mit folgendem Schreiben.
Am 14.06.08 kaufte ich bei der Filiale der Fa. Lidl, Tappeweg 13, 59755 Arnsberg
einen Stabmixer STM 1100 PNC[protected].
Ich beabsichtigte Obststücke(Apfel, Kiwi, Apfelsine, Banane, Erdbeere) zu zerkleinern.
Nach ca. 10 Sekunden Gebrauch brach der Mixstab aus dem Motorteil. Die Aufnahme zeigt Verschmorung.
Vom AEG-Electrolux Raumpflege- und Kleingeräte Team, Elisabeth Krüger
wurde mir Ihre Anschrift übermittelt. (Sie können das Gerät mit einer Kopie des Kaufbelegs (bitte wenden) zur Überprüfung an folgende Adresse unfrei, also kostenfrei, einsenden

Electrolux Micro Oven — Not able to start , because one of the button is not working
The said microvabe woven is with me since one year of Electrolux make. As we are unawre of any repairing centre of Electrolux in Surat , not able to get it repaired.We are living at
Building No.A-3, Flat No.203, Vasant Vihar Township, Udhna Magdalla Road, Near Gayatri Mandir, Althan , Surat.
One of the button is not working , resulting not able to get warm the machine.

Electrolux Micro Oven — Magnetron stopped working.
Complain No: 6A[protected] dt. 30.06.2008.I live in Kolkata and purchased the machine on February ' 2006.
About Microwave stopped working. They visited and and said Magnetron got dammaged and need to be replaced. The Magnetron is within Warranty period and replacement is free of cost.
But till then they are only saying Magnetron is out of stock.
In any case is it possible for such a reputed company does not have a single magnetron in whole city ?
And even if it is not there then can't it be brought from factory? Is it the nature of service we expect from such a reputed company?
