i have put an complain regarding my micro-wave model EM17EG80WH
ELECTROLUX. this micro-wave was purchased from Vijay sales goregaon(east) Mumbai india. my micro wave glasstray was accidently broken. my complaint was put up on 10/09/09 through Vijaj sales quoting my model no and nature of complaint.
my first complaint no. was mum1109090702. the engineer came to my place on 12/09/09 around 03:00pm. the guy came and saw that oven. he said he will bring the glass on monday(14/09/09). today is 17/09/09(Thursday) and that guy has still not come back with the glass. then i called up electrolux directly on 39404040 and enquired about my complaint to which they replied that my complaint is attended and the problem is sorted out. they gave me the name of engineer who attended, his name is Mr.Chandresh Yadav. I can’t understand how the problem is sorted out with out replacing the broken glass tray and the door problem.I told them every thing what had happen and that my complain is still pending. to which they request me to lodge another complain my second complain no.MUM1709090721.
They told me not to worry. why shouldn’t i worry. i have paid for my micro-wave and i had not bought it to fill my kitchen. i think if the company is not doing anything they should take the micro-wave back and return my money. so that i can stop worring. i will put my money in LG micro-wave whose customer service is very effective. I have all my product of LG brand and I am repenting why I went for ELECTROLUX micro-wave instead of LG.
And I doubt whether this mail will serve any purpose. What action will be taken against the this lazy and very irresponsible fellow. I don’t understand why the company is employing and paying this kind of very irresponsible persons when they are not providing any service to customers that to when the customer is ready to pay for the service. I am very disappointed.
What can I expect from this now.
