Hello...I had given a complaint at the Service center in Palarivattom on Phone and i was provided a complaint number in the month of January and till date no one has tuned up to resolve the same. This is my final reminder. I expect a reply in 48 hours. Since the next two days being non working days i give you time to respond on the same till 10/03/09. The complaint number assigned to me is HTER117/02.Service center number is [protected].Model number: EM20EC80SL: PNC[protected]: SL NUMBER:62205406. If there is no response on this complaint till 10/03/09 there will be mails sent to all my friends and relatives and their friends and relatives on the service and product of your company which may affect your sales and after sales services. ELECTROLUX MICROWAVE OVEN — Not supplying with Company's Spares

I puched a microwave oven ( Elctrolux - 21 lits)from Great Eastern Trading, Kolkata. The turntable syncronous motor has become faulty after 18 months. When contacted with service agent, a technichian came around, charged me inspection charges ( Rs.280/-) and brought a motor from the the local market, which is not getting fitted in the position. He says, he will get another in 2 days time and replace it.
My question is, how is it that the service agents are unable to get genuine spares from Electrolux for replacement. How do I know that I am charged reasonably. This agent, I feel, is like a local shop working on his own without any support from the Manufacturer.

The operating switch is down for more than 2 months, one operator came &couldn't do any thing. he went away telling that he will come back after 3 days.no body turned up.now what to do?
