We have an electrolux microwave oven under warranty period of 3yrs.
In February 2009 we had booked complaint that the front door glass was broken inside during microwaving only for 3 minutes.
The Pune Dass Electronics from where we have purchased complaint had been registered oon deaf ears.
So far we have not received service.
Companies are doing business and fail becoz after sales service is not prompt in iIndia, it is taken casually and Indians as such are used to suffering, and that is why they never improve.
