I purchased ELECTROLUX MICROWAVE OVEN on 14/1/2008 from "M/s SALUJA's", Jodhpur.There arrised a problem in T-T motor.I complained at authorised service centre named as "S.D.Refrigeration" before 1 month.The service man came and took the T-T motor with him and didn't return the new one back till the date.On calling them on the given contact numbers, they give further dates again & again.
I complained to area manager "Mr. Deepak Mathur" also, but he also didn't take seriously.
In view of this, we demand that the matter be taken up seriously and such pathetic quality of after sales service be investigated. Was this information helpful? |
