I have been pursuing complaints lodged with Electrolux India's service providers at Delhi for over two weeks now. The first complaint was made on 05.09.2008 - Complaint No.5A[protected]. A technician visited the home and just said the door of the oven is broken and needs to be replaced which would take few days. On verifying with the service provider on 08.09.2008, it was informed that the service provider's area of operation had been changed and a new complaint with Electrolux India would have to be lodged. Accordingly, a fresh complaint - No.5A[protected] was lodged on 08.09.2008 and another technician from the new service provider visited on 13.09.2008 and again said the door needed a replacement. Today, it is 24.09.2008 and there is yet to be a response from the service provider or company. The service provider still maintains that the door from Electrolux has not been made available and therefore it would take more time. Meanwhile, the Microwave oven is lying unused now for over 20 days which has caused quite an inconvenience to the family.
The service of Electrolux India is quite pathetic. I would recommend nobody buys any product of Electrolux whose service provision is appalling. Was this information helpful? |
