Electrolux — Demo

I have purchased Electrolux Microwave convection model microwave. But i need some demo in using the different modes like grill, combination, etc.
How to know the proper usage as my two microwave bowls melted which were given free while purchasing the microwave. The Manual has only technical details but not the using instructions/ THe phone numbers given on the manual are not existing Hence, i don't know how to contact the Electrolux company
