Electrolux — no customer care | |||
Our Electrolux Washing Machine Spin Dry is not working. We have registered complaint no: EHYD[protected] on 5th March. We have received couple of calls from Service centre but no one came to check on the machine. We registered a follow up call and got a call from Electrolux service personnel. But again - no one has come to check the machine. Any attempt to escalate means waiting in the "queue" for 10 minutes and then getting disconnected. I have been disconnected 3 times today (10th March) while waiting to "Senior Executive". Please send the service personnel at the earliest, else we will take the required actions.
