Electrolux Refrigerator Ev190 — WITHOUT REPLACEMENT CHARGING

PLS. FIND THE BELOW MAIL WHICH AS BEEN SEND TO CUSTMER SERVICE .
Dear Sir,

This is in ref with my purchase bill no 1089 at NEXT RETAIL SHOP (ELECTRONIC PLAZA, KALKAJI, NEW DELHI)date 20/1/07.

First complaint dated on 27/1/07 the -No Cooling-Reason there is lekage in the system.

Second complaint lodged on 2/7/07 -No Cooling - Reason Due to same gas lekage .(Within 6 Months Duration Of First Complaint)

Third Complaint lodged on 26/4/08 - No cooling _rason lekage in Evaop.(Within 6 Months Duration Of First Complaint)

This is to Inform you that ith in the period of 1year 3 months time the system is not performed satisfactiory and it happens in the duration of each 6 months time from the date of complaint attended.

And your Dealer M.S Engg In faridabad had given in wrriten that if incase the gas lekage happens once again the service will be done in free of cost and the same thing as been informed to your regional service head and to your service incharge and there is no any reponsible answer received from there side and my refrigerator is not working for more three days and there is no any action had taken from your end and the service activity perfomed on the time of warranty peroiod is not staisfactory the same as been mention on your service report no: [protected] dated 2/7/07.So kindly take immd action on the above issue.

BASED ON THIS MAIL AND THE SERVICE DEALER CAME TO MY HOUSE AND CHECK THE SAME AND TOLD US THERE IS A LEKAGE IN EVAOPRATOR.AND THEY TOLD US THAT WE HAVE TO REPLACE THE SAME AND THE CHARGES FOR THE SAME WILL BE RS 1000/- AND WE ALSO AGEREED TO PAY THE SAME. BEFORE LIFITING THE REFRIGERATOR FROM MY HOUSE WE MARKED A MARK (XXX) IN FRONT OF THR EVAOPRATOR.

THEY TAKEN THE FRIDGE ON 29/4/08 AND THEY RETURN BACKTHE SAME ON 1/5/08. ON THAT TIME IT AS BEEN FOUND THE MARK WHICH EVER MARKED REMINED OVER THERE ITSELF. ABOVE THIS THE SERVICE DEALER CLAIMS THAT HE HAD CHANGED THE EVAOP. AND WE HAVE TO PAY THE FULL MONEY ABOVE THIS THE DEALER IS THERATINING THAT HE WILL CHARGE FIR ON US.

AS IAM REF AND AIRCONDITIONING ENGG MY SELF HAVING A EXP OF 12+ YEARS .I AM SORRY TO TELL ELECTROLUX THAT THE SERVICING TAKING PALCE FOR A SUCH A ITEMS ARE NOT HEALTHY FOR THE COMPANY.

SO KINDLY TAKE CARE THE SAME AND TAKE ACTION ON THE DEALER M.S ENGG, MR. BHATIA.
