Electrolux / Refrigerator Sr315l — Cooling Problem | |||
I had cooling problem with my Electrolux referidgerator model no.SR315L. I called up their customer care service provider SEMTECH SERVICES, 196, Okhla Indl. Area, Delhi. Mobile Nos. [protected] and [protected]. Their service engineer Mr Manish visited my home and changed the PCB for Rs.2000/-. But referidgerator did not start cooling, Next day he came with three engineer and filled the gas in compressor and charged 1585/- additional charges. But even then referidgerator did not start cooling. On my calling them they informed me that they would give my money back but now they are not picking up my phone calls...... Now I am feeling cheated and want to take action against them.... Was this information helpful? | |||

These Guys are Fraud, I just Google'd this number ([protected]) and read your complaint, I have a similar problem. They are now operating with the different name o[censored]nique Services, claims to be based of Nariana, Noida, Govindpuri... Something definitely needs to be done. They took 6000/- Rs from me stating that my Fridge now as a 5years AMC. Surprisingly, i got their number from Just Dial...
