[Resolved] Electrolux — 245 ltr double door fridge | |||
Hi, I bought a 245 ltr Electrolux refrigerators on around february, 2007 and i have lodge a complaint customer care (Toll free no:[protected] on 3rd week of June and the engineer visited my place after 4 days and he inform us that he will update the complaint and service center (SAM Applience) will take my refrigerators. Ater cheasing for more than 5-6 days finally they took my fridge on 14th July, 2010. They have informed that there was some issue in compressor and they have already give the requisition to the store and they will replace and update me. But they did not inform me, So again i called SAM applience, the 3rd pary vendor of Electrolux, and they are telling me that it cant be replaced. So, thia is realy not possible to under stand what exactly they are trying to do with me. They are just harrashing me, as i bought Electrolux.
