I have bought Air Conditioner just couple of years back and already I am experiencing the problem with the quality of the Air Conditioner. Cooling has diminished substantially. Currently, the Air Conditioner is not in warranty. Understand I would have to pay, IF the engineer coming to my place would do some Service of Air Conditioner. Even I confirmed the same with the Electrolux Call Centre number 1860 –200-1212. After I lodged a complaint with Electrolux Call Centre I received a call from Mr.Sunil followed by Mr. Jeetendra from Cell No.+[protected] saying even if the person would visit my place before actually doing any service he will charge INR 450/- Per visit and other parts extra.
This is absolutely unacceptable firstly with the quality of the product and on top of the that asking not required service charge. I would request relevant authority to take serious action. This is really hampering customer rights. My Contact [protected] Was this information helpful? |
