Electrolux Washing Machine — complain not addressed

I have given my washing machine for repairs to an authorised service centre but its been more than nine months that it is stil yet to be repaired and returned to me. Thier simple reason is non availabilty of parts, which is not justified given the period of more than nine months till date, and yet neither has it been repaired nor returned/replaced if so.

i bought electrolux washing machine on[protected]. it started having problems in the beginning. the machine broke and and has been serviced many times but it never worked smoothly. i have even complained many times but your technicians were never able to make it worked perfectly. we have to give our clothes to washer man even after having a washing machine at home. we did not get any benefit from this washing machine and we are spending money to wash our clothes. i want this machine to be replaced. its a big headache for me and my family to keep the untidy clothes for days. i m staying in haldia near by kolkata. my electrolux washing machine, timer switch is not working. here service centre is not responsing, they switch their cell after complain.they r giving worst response.its already 4 months but no any response.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a service complain for my Electrolux Washing Machine, model : EWS622KCGO on 9th of Spet'10 which was purchased from Dhenkanal which is in the warranty period now. my Complain No. is : BBH [protected]. After several reminders you are only replying to give service today... tomorrow....

Its a matter of great re-great after calling you so many times when I have search for your complain email ID it came to know you have the maximum complains regarding service.

Dear Sir,
It is matter of regret that my Electrolux washing Machine which was purchased from Digiworld sector-18, Great India place,Noida is not working right from the beginning. Wash Selection knob is out of order from 10 july 2011. Despite making several complaints, service centre at Noida is not taking any care. The approach of service centre staff is quiet humiliating and dissatisfying. Now they have stopped taking our calls.It has shaken our trust in the brand Electrolux itself which claims itself to be a global brand.
It is requested that matter be taken on priority and my complaint rectified or I may be forced to knock the door of consumer forum.
