This is to inform you that I have purchased Electrolux washing machine from Choksi Sales & Marketing, Shop No.1&2 "Amar Jyot" Appartment opp Gandhi Garden Chowk Bazzar- Nanpura Surat on 04/11/2009 Model: EWS 70 it stopped working on 24/2/2011. I have registered complaint Electrolux Complaint Centre[protected] from last five months & till now I have talked to all seniors & juniors of the centre my problem is not solved. I am been suffering & harassed by your services till date and phone calls made by me but for no result. Electrolux — damaged washing machine
i bought an electrolux washing machine on 24th july, 2011. the piece that was delivered was damaged. a complaint was lodged on the same day but i got no response from the company. after repeated calls, i was assured that the piece would be replaced. however, all the deadlines provided by the executives have passed and i am still awaiting for my replacement. my calls are put on hold for 20 - 30 minutes and i make 3-4 such calls daily. executives and floor supervisors who have committed me the deadlines are avoiding my calls. they are also not providing me the contact details for the senior authorities where i can put forward my views.what can i do now???
