I have commited irritation on receiving the EFY magazine during 2nd month onwards of subcription. I raised question to not receiving my magazine. Nothing to happen, i receive only auto generate mail only. I call more time no response answer. Final my conculsion Money LOST.

USEFUL POINTERS

#1. There is some great news for subscribers of LINUX For You and Electronics For You--they can now access the e-zine edition of the magazines for FREE. We have already sent the login details to all subscribers via post/email. If you've not received the same or find difficulty in availing the facility, please let us know.

#2. We request our subscribers, when filing complaints of non-receipt of magazine(s), to either mention your subscription number OR your contact details, for us to process your complaint faster.

#3. We send replacement copies through post and thus they can take 7 to 10 days to reach you.

#4. We have discontinued the "With CD" edition of Electronics For You. However, to make up for the loss of those who had subscribed to that edition, we have already extended your subscription and have dispatched a letter confirming the same. Let us know if you've not received the same.

#5. If you bought our magazine(s) from the news-stands, and encountered production-related issues, please share your complete contact details for our investigation and send to you a replacement. We shall be obliged to you for the same.

Electronics For You — Not getting magazine

I don't get magazine for two months now. Every time I send an email to customer care. They give me same answer every time that your copy is stolen by someone during the delivery. They are giving 50% discount for subscription for a year and then they don't post all the issues.

Subscription No. E94998 we does not receive magazine Electronics for you from July 2015. Our receipt No. #ele126316 May 25, 2015. Please request your earlier action.
