Elica dealer Rakshan kitchen has delivered different product chimney which is substandard and low cost and buttons go inside after 2 days o[censored]se only , In evening found that product is different and call back dealer immediately then he told me that it is not in stock and will be delivered within 2-3 days and I have trusted him and not stopped the cheque payment, and then he started giving excuses every time when I call.
Now he has stopped taking my calls.
ELICA customer care people mamta and darshana told me that it will be sorted out ASAP and will let me know the status after checking with dealer. But till date no response from their side.
