[Resolved]  Employee Provident Fund — Delay in PF settlement

My PF re-issuance form was submitted on 4th June'2012.
PF account no - MH/BAN/45142/6363.
I have written several mails to check the status of my PF re-issuance application but did not get any response.

I have also registered my grievance online also tried to contact Mr.D.K.Nandurkar on the contact number mentioned below but could not connect.
