[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund — Where is My Provident Fund?

I Submit my p.f withdraw form on march2009, but i didn't get it till today.

I fareed soudagar an ex employee of HTMT global solutions, emp id 4159, joinng Date 8th Mar 2004 and leaving date 1st Aug 2007.My PF amount is not being released till date. After a long follow up i received partial PF amount of Rs 4708.00 on JAN 28th 2010 CHQ # 8708.
On enquiring the local office at B'lore they informed that they do not have the remaining amount CHQ. We tried calling Mumbai office to know the status but no one seems to answer the call.
It is very frustrating that it takes 3 yrs for an employee to get his PF released .
Pls help me in this matter.Below are the details required

I have not received my pf amout yet my pf no is Mh/94723/19222. Whenever i call pf office they say please call after 10-15 days but not use. People are useless working there.
