Employment Provident Fund Kandivali Branch — NON RECEIPT OF PF WITHDRAWAL CLAIM

Dear sir

I have submitted my request for PF withdrawal on 5th may 2011 to regional epfo, kandivali ( Mumbai ), but till date i have not received the claim. Further when i checked my PF balance on line, i came to know that there is a huge difference ( balance shown till 31.03.2009).I have booked complaint 1) SROKN/E/2011/03932 2) SROKN/E/2011/04621 but there is no reply.

Please guide regarding the said matter.
