i am not able see the status of my parcel which stuck at delhi customs since 13.10.2008. no update no intimation. still waiting for last 22 days as it booked on 30.09.2008 from china.

I have sent a speed post to tirupathur from trichy on 24.09.08. My tracking No.(EE[protected]IN). But no body is giving any information about the speed post. I trace the number and the postal dept have not any reply of the speed post.
speed post receipt No. SP-POD EM 13927211 IN Sent on 1/11/2008 to Assistant commissioner of customs vile parle east mumbai has not been delivered till today ( 13/11/2008 )
EMS parcel No. EE[protected]TW sent by our supplier from Taiwan on 4/11/2008 have not been received by us till to day on 13/11/2008

I have sent a speed post containing some urgent deliverables (consignment no. ED[protected]IN) from Okhla Ind Estate Delhi 110020 office on 10th Nov, 2008 to my native place at Ballia (U.P.). They told me that it will reach within 2 days and till now I my parents have not received that.
As it is extremely urgent for reaching that parcel in short time I request to the concerned officer to take a look into the matter.when ever I am tring to call no one picking phone calls and yet not reply my Emails.

Kindly note that I am also a victim of the Indian postal departments "non delivery syndrome" these useless fellows somehow fail to deliver important goods. I lost an international
export shipment ..imagine!
Well after pursuing the issue and many more like this before without any action from the postal authority, I suggest the
currently hired staff be removed "as it is they are of no use" and would only help to bring in well paid young staff who take pride in their jobs and not these old farts trading stories or holding bhajans in the premises during working hours and forming unions etc. They do everything except work, I as a tax payer cannot afford such lousy to ruin the post office.
Better yet "privatize" this mantra does work and efficiently too.
I know otherwise nothing is gonna change and the same old sob story will continue, All other countries in the world have postal departments they are proud of we are ashamed of it. Anyone who has a shred of evidence to prove otherwise please step forward so that i may open your eyes to the truth and facts that haunt.

I have applied for the passport on October 7th 2008, the despatched date is given as 3 Dec in the Internet, but my passport hasn't been delivered till day, though it has been already 2weeks from the despatch date given in the net.
Though postal services are not much used these, its very disgusting to know that the services provided by them are so poor.
