[Resolved]  Enness Corporation, HP Service Center — Irresponsible Service

would like to share my experience with HP service and sales.

i own a compaq laptop, one fine day my laptop was not powering on, after so many attempts i thought there would be some problem with my lap and decided to take my laptop to the above service centre on January 8th. They told my laptop have a motheroard problem and they need to replace. As i had replaced my mother board 7 months back i had warranty and told to do the same .

After 2 days i receieved a sms from ho saying they dont have the stock with them, and it would be done in one week, as 2 weeks i thought i will give a call to ho service center, they told that the part is not available in the entire country. It was very hard for me to digest this thing. i could not wait longer because as i am travelling out of india on feb second week, and i need to take the lap, i decided to call again, this time they told the same excuse part is not available in the entire country, so i told them to get me connected to the manager. The call got forwarded to manager and he they had a logistics problem by january month they are able to deliver the lap. As it became february i asked about the status and they had same excuse, even i met them in person.

Finally by february 4rth i got a call that my laptop is ready, but it was followed by another call saying that there was problem with the keyboard( some keys are not working). I was so frustrated, so i went to the service center and met the service engineer in person, he showed me that the keyboard was not working. Before giving the laptop there was no problem with the keyboard and i understood that they wanted some monye because they had given free mother board replacement for me. They aslo told that keyboard part is not available in stock and it would take one more week for that, as i had to leave withing two days and i have been continously informing them that i need to get my lap before feb 9th, they are again delaying it by one week. i got really angry at their service and told then i need to meet the area manager. Although his designation was an area manager he doesnt seem to fit for that role, he was very lousy. As my keyboard is not under warranty they told me they will send a quotation, and i must approve it
to get it done. i told that as am flying out of india in two days i cannot approve and i will give written consent for the same with my sign, they agreed for that and committed that the amount will only be given at the time of delivery at my home to my friend

As one week passed from abroad i told my friend to follow up on the laptop, as he did, they told that i need to approve the quotation, i got screwed up and called them from abroad and told i have written consent to manager and also told that i need to speak to that irresponsible person, Shivanand. As i spoke him he told he will the letter to the concerned department and make it as soon as possible. After 4 days my friend got a call that the laptop is ready and we should pick it up as they wont deliver as there was no warranty. They committed on delivering the thing and now change the plates. Again i called from US and asked then to deliver.

Its almost 1 month now, finally my friend got a call for picking up delivery, as he was out of home he asked the guy to deliver by 5.30pm, he told we wont deliver after 5.00pm. So finally i asked my cousin to go and collect the laptop from these hopeless people who dont keep their words.

Now when i try to connect the laptopn to my broad band at home, its not getting connected. As i checked the internet settings all the config parms are changed. I called HP service and descrsibed the problem, they told me i have to re-install my OS. What an excellent service centre the world renowed company has got?.

I am very disappointed with HP service and their service personnels, my kind advice is that please be beware of the Indiranagar HP service center, as they very unprofessional and never keep up their words. i had a goodwill for the company but now its gone because of this.

Now after using within 4 weeks my motherboard again got a problem, i dont understand what service is being done by them? please take neccessary action.

indiranagar Hp service center sucks
I too have had bad experience from this service center. Total dont care attitude and zero knowledge technicians (with respect to certain products). But that was 3 yrs ago. I thought they might have improved now.

I deposited Rs.6618 for extending warrenty of my laptop on 19th nov 2009, but didn't get warranty certificate till now.Even I haven't got any email regarding this.please some take action as soon as possible.
