[Resolved]  EPF Transfer — Transfer of Pension Fund Membership and Contribution from A/c No.UP/1860/40359 to GJ/10937/580

Dear Sir,

I am working M/s: Essel Mining & Industries Ltd, Vapi (Gujarat), Previously I was in M/s: Hindalco Industries Ltd. I had submitted form 13 (Revised) & form No.7 for the year 2007-08 & 2008-09 through M/s: Hindalco Industries Ltd, Renukoot for transferring of Pension Fund Membership and Contribution from A/c No.UP/1860/40359 to GJ/10937/580.

Till date the fund has not been transferred in my account of Vapi PF Office.

Please do needful as quick as possible.
