EPF Transfer — Epf transfer not yet received

Hi,

I have applied for my pf transfer online and i got the docs. I signed it and sent to current employer. Tracking id : 999318051606210033394.

After that the status is in 'your request is in transit between epfo out, and in office'. I have registered a grievance with epfindia.gov.in.

And i got a response as 'your eps service already transfer to bg/mrd/57058/69 on 26/08/2016. Annexure k copy attached h/w for your ready reference. Please submit your feddback... And so on.'

But transfer status is not changed.

What to to do next and what will be the next thing?

Please let me know the details.
