I Mahender Singh looking for last five years to transfer my pf
old account no. Dl/17035/60 to new account no. Dl/6018/304 ref. o/o RPFC letter no. 17035/60/4006 dt. 26.04.2004

Non Credit of Rs.12, 11, 837/- transferred from PF A/c No. RJ/3730/404 by Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Nidhi Bhawan, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur vide Cheque No. 688030 dated 28.04.2006 drawn on State Bank of India, Sanganeri Gate, Jaipur to my present PF A/c No. DL/15113/312


Surprised to note from PF Account Slip for the years 2006-07 and 2007-08 (Copies enclosed) that the sum of Rs.12, 11, 837/- transferred from PF A/c No. RJ/3730/404 by Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Nidhi Bhawan, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur–302005 vide Cheque No. 688030 dated 28.04.2006 drawn on State Bank of India, Sanganeri Gate, Jaipur sent to your office vide his Registered letter Ref.26000682/Cash/20062007/ RAJ06/34/310/ R.L.No. 3255 dated 28.04.2006 (copy enclosed) has not been credited to my PF A/c No. DL/15113/312 with you.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and give me credit for the amount of Rs. 12, 11, 837/- as well as for the interest for the with effect from April 2006 onwards till the date the amount is credited to my account.

Also provide me the account statement for the year 2008-09 after giving due credit for the transferred amount of Rs.12, 11, 837/- along with due interest w.e.f. April 2006

I, Minu Arora applied for PF o[censored]nicon Insurance Advisors Pvt. Ltd. Unicon office told me that you PF office dispatched cheque no. 875583 of Rs. 11135/- & cheque no. 906454 of Rs.5734/- on 26/06/09 to AXIS BANK LTD., SHOP NO-3, LGF SURYA TOWER, Ludhiana but axis bank branch people told me that they have not received these cheques. So tell me status of my cheques i.e. courier name, courier no. when you have dispatched the cheques. My PF No. is DL/36965/1548 . I shall be highly obliged.
