I have applied for my PF withdrawal through my previous employer and my previous employer has submitted all the required papers, proof and documents as on 2nd May, 2017 to the regional provident fund commissioner 341, Bhavishya nidhi bhavan, bandra (east) Mumbai. I have still not received my PF which should ideally take 45 days to get credited into my account. Now it's been more than three months.
Also i have tried calling the EPF Office, Mumbai on the phone number provided, but phone getting busy and no body responding.

I have applied Form-13 for transferring the PF account to my Current Employer PF account as mentioned in the below mail chain and this request as been approved by the employer but this request is rejected by the PF office so can you please help me in getting this PF amount transferred to my Current PF account or can you please let me know the reason for rejection.

Present Ticket Tracking Number which is raised newly to transfer the PF amount : 999310051505270031477
Important Note :
Previously I have applied Form -13 for transferring my PF account from Accenture PF account (MHBAN[protected] to Wipro PF Account (PY/BOM/11394/121910), but this Wipro PF account is closed before transferring amount from Accenture PF account,
so I am once again applying Form 13 for transferring PF account from Accenture (MHBAN[protected] to my current company PF account i.e., UST Global Software Ltd (KRTVM[protected].
