Dear Sir, Sub:– Transfer Status PF AP/37713/112 and MH/PUN/34224/11349 To PF No - AP/ 44278/ 225. I am working with Prime KI Software Solutions Pvt Ltd - Hyderabad, from March 2007 to till date with PF account No AP/ 44278/ 225. I have applied my previous PF account transfer to my current PF account on July 8, 2008 at Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Barkathpura, Hyderabad. Till now I didn't get any information about my PF accounts transfers. I have visited three times to know the status of these account (AP/37713/112 and MH/PUN/34224/11349) transfers. I have loose 3LOP in my salary due to know the status of my account transfer (Because PF office working 5days a week like corporate companies). I felt very bad service in PF office. I got the experience how the Govt. office working environment is which I had seen in the Movies. You know how I got the queries when I met the people in PF office to know my PF account transfer status? 1. Go and meet seat no 20/4, No you have to meet seat no 21/5, No you have to meet 4th Floor Cash section etc. 2. One great person told me Write a letter to the Head of the PF about to know the status. 3. You have to first get the status of AP/37713/112 and MH/PUN/34224/11349. That means I have to visit Pune to know the status. 4. You will receive one Annexure by post and come with that. 5. This will take time. 6. Your details are not there in my records and the details books were submitted in some Dept. So please come in next working day. I am raising only one query, Can you please tell me How much I have to spend money(like Loss of Pay in my Sal on frequent visits PF office) and How many days I have to wait to know the status? Sir, soon after resume here in Kolkata I apply for Transfer of my EPF A/C No PN/12851/536 Chandigarh to CM/HLO/36602/107 Kolkata.

We had been writing repeatedly to all concern offices for last three years and discuss on various occasions but we have not received any positive response from his end, I am here with enclosing a copy of letter which is self explanatory.(EPF office asking for Form K from CHD)

We would like to request you sir, to intervene in this matter and help us.

Sub: Transfer Status PF: MH/PUN/34224/12586 and TN/31140/10793 To PF No - UP/32214/7164

I am working with Steria India Limited - Noida since Sept, 2006.I applied for my previous PF account transfer to my current PF account in Oct, 2006 at at my current employer and had a proper word with the concerned team. Till now I didn't get any information about my PF accounts transfers. I have visited three times to know the status of these account (MH/PUN/34224/12586 and TN/31140/10793 ) transfers. Also I talked to the concerned team in Steria but they people are not even bothered to reply proper. According to them this is not their resposibility to give the status. I dont know why are hired for. I have lost all my patience dur this excercise.

Our PF office is just like a typical Government office as seen in TV.

Could you please suggest me what to do. Please let me know the status on this.

Sub: Transfer Status PF: MH/1019A/108 To PF No - MH/BAN/28186/000061

I am working with Salaam Bombay Foundation - Mumbai since Nov, 2008.I applied for my previous PF account transfer to my current PF account in Dec, 2008 at my current employer and had a proper word with the concerned team. Till now I didn't get any information about my PF account transfers. Also I talked to the concerned person in PF dept at Thane but they are not even bothered to reply proper. Dept staff informed that due to reshuffling of office it is taking time, but almost 18 months has passed no action has been taken so far. I have lost all my patience due this excercise.

status: Under Process
remarks : Your Claim is received on 12/05/2009 and is being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from Submission.
Already 1 year and 2 months has been passed from the date of submission and my claim is not transferred. I am completely frustrated.

Please do necessary action.

I also face the same issue.

I applied to transfer my PF amount from PF A/C OR/4909-A/94 to PF A/C OR/12640/081.
But it could not succeed after 2 and half year. After that I changed my Job and shifted to Bangalore.

Once again I applied for transferring my PF amount from PF A/C OR/4909-A/94 and PF A/C OR/12640/081 to my current PF A/C KN/BN/35367/1734. This is almost 3years and still i am waiting for my PF transfer .
