EPFO Mumbai — PF Transfer has not happened

PF transfer below has not been transferred for the last 8 months.

My current PF details are as below.

State – Maharashtra
Office - Bandra
Establishment code - 45665
Extension Code is not required for Accenture.
Employee No – 116144

Please help me.
