[Resolved]  EPFO, New Delhi — NON SETTLEMENT OF PENSION CLAIM

Sir,
I worked in FCI, GUNTUR, AP and took VRS in 2004 and have applied for my Pension.

My application has been received in your WAZIPUR office on 23/10/2008.

Since then no action has been taken. According to your mannual any claim has to be settled / returned within 30 days from the date of receipt failing which the MEMBER is entitled to get a 12% interest on the delayed period.

Though more than 75 days over, no action has been taken.

As a retired employee, I am in utter financial crisis. Hence any positive step taken in settlement of my claim would save me from these financial tortures.

Kindly help by giving your helping hand to this retired and vexed EMPLOYEE.

I have submitted the request for transfering EPF A/C DL16801/841 from Easern Software Systems to TATA Consultancy Services, Mumbai. But still account is transferred and shows the following status from last month in your site as
"Form 13 Under Process Your Claim is received on 12/06/2009 and is being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from Submission. "

Please transferred the above account ASAP and provide the update status at mail.

I had worked in PACL india ltd. applied in pf claim in the same concern. but any claim amount i am not received in my A/c . please reply.
