EPFO — PF transfer Delayed

My Old PF Account Number : MH/37528/013821
My New PF Account Number : KN/10088/137103

Dear Team,
I have requested PF office through my old organisation to trasnfer the balance to my new account on 01 jul 2010.
But the PF office is saying that they have sent the cheque on[protected] to new organisation.
My new organisation is claiming that cheque transfer is stopped during that period and only NEFT.
Hence asked to send the copy of Annexure -K.

But PF office is silent to send the same and not giving any responce to that.
My grievance no is: SROKN/E/2013/00756
