This is to inform you that I have been submitted successfully form 10c for withdrawal benefit scheme certificate for member account no.MHBAN[protected] on 13.05.2011.

As well as I have been submitted successfully claim form 19 for PF settlement for member account no.MHBAN[protected] on 13.05.2011.

My claim ID is MHBAN[protected].

Still I am waiting for my PF claim.

So, please do the needful as soon as possible.
