[Resolved]  EPFO, SRO, White Field — DELAY IN PF WITHDRAWAL SETTLEMENT

Hi,

My PF Account Number : KN/BN/18453/10150 or PY/KRP/18453/10150.

To brief you with the status till now :

- I had applied for PF withdrawal in the month of April,2011.
- I received an sms from EPFO, Bangalore on 18th May,2011, stating that my withdrawal request is under process.
- After that, I got the rejection letter from EPFO only in the month of May,2012, after a delay of more than 1 year.
- The objection raised was Form 5 inavailability in my requests.Since, iGATE was my first employer, so I mailed them the affidavit for the same in the month of May,2012 itself.
- The latest SMSes i got from EPFO were that form 10c and form 19 have been approved and payment under process on 25th, 26th June,2012...but till now I have not received the amount in my bank account.It has already been 3 months till now..

I have tried calling up the EPFO, whitefield lot many times, but no body picks up the call throughout the day.

Please look into the matter.
