Membrane lock of the purifier is broken

Dear Sir, I purchase a water purifier named Nano RO from Phoenix mall shop / Lucknow on 15.06.2012. The membrane lock of the purifier is broken, so that same could not be installed. It is requested that please look into the matter and get the remedial measure or if it is possible kindly make it arrangement for the replacement of the same.
The response is very poor even after several times of reminders on phone.

Dear Mr Vinod,
Of course, I cannot solve your problem but want to convey the message to all consumers not to
purchase RO (Reverse Osmosis) water purifiers unless they have plenty of precious water to waste.
Ask every seller the cost of water that is wasted during RO process?
