[Resolved] Exalt Consultancy Pvt Limited — Non repayment of advance amount failing to give the required service.

I had registered with Exalt consulting on 30/1/2010
by paying a sum of rupess 3000/- receipt Number : 985 dated 30/1/2010. As per the consultancy if case if they dont provide any sort of consultancy in the first six months, they were supposed to repay the inital advance which they had received. The same was communicated through mail also.

I have been following up with them since no help was provided by them, But I have not received a answer from them.

I have dropped close to 8 remainder mails and also have tried to reach them on phone, When ever i call them they ask me to reach the Shabbir, Who is never at office .

Please help us in this regards.

Dear Friends

Please don't pay any money to Exalt Consulting (Shivaji Nagar, Bangalaore) . For then 1st i paid 3000Rs (Jan-2010). After that Shabber, isrwarth, jyothi asked me to give another 15000 for geting fake experience letter . i paid that much amount, and they give one non existing companies experience letter (we have no use ) till now i did't get any single call from them . i checked with the police station, they told me that the exalt consultency is not a registered one . they are getting many complaints regarding this,
manager shabber is big fraud . please friends do pay any money to him, my 18000 is gone .

Mam finally you placed me after great struggle my brother said many many thanks to you especially Pooja Mam, all our best wishes to you and your team, May your company become Big MNC soon, also i want to tell you something about these negative comments above when they dont know the company name properly what these comments will be right they are fake comments 100 percent some of your competitor might have done this but mam dont worry i myself will give you about minimum 25 leads who are searching for a job please help them Pooja mam.Also i saw above mail posted which says from exalt id to exalt id this is the biggest proof of your genuienity please also check your xemployee might have done this who has access to company mail id.Kiran

They asked to pay me 25000 to a HR(fake) to get me a job, i didnt got nay job nor my money 25000 + 4500 reg fees, also i lost my job offers in hand because of them

Getting a fake experience certificate and hoping for a good JOB in IT industry :)

You should not dream that, no job consultancy can guarantee 100% placement, if you DO NOT HAVE ability to get one. You must have some skill and knowledge to talk about. To get the JOB

What do you think HR just work on recommendation?

They hire a person who is going to be an asset for their company; I have empathy with you but accept the fact.

You are trying to get a job by paying money for fake experience letter, you are accepting that.
Introspect, ask your consultant for few extra interview calls, try your best to get a job on your own merit
