[Resolved]  Express Hyundai — VERY WORST SERVICE

I own i20 sportz model diesel car TN 11 7180 bought from the same express hyundai sholinganallur)..
For a damage in the bumper i gave to them to claim insurance and for some little touchup work in the side door near to bumper. after taking 10 days time, they delivered the car. i took the car on friday(22.02.2013). since i have no work with my car on saturday i didn't used it. On sunday(24.02.2013) i took my family to meet our friends in pudhu pannicheri near kundrathur. when i started, the car didn't started. I called the service person Mr. kirubha ( [protected]) and told the problem. He gave the road service person Mr. thiru number ( [protected]) . Thiru told to open the bannet and check the battery connection. when i touched the batter wire, the car is on. after started, when we came near kundrathur the car 'suddenly stopped' again and i did the same thing of opening the bannet etc etc. Our family members including me suffered a 'heavy physical and mental agony' since i stopped 4 times suddenly. even though i have a easy route to reach my home, i decided a long route (through mugalivakkam.. bcoz it is route with almost no traffic via thiruneermalai.) because i fear the vehicles coming behind may hit ours because of the sudden stop. during the journey, the wiper water was not coming... and the rear windows when used gave a " crrrichhh ' sound. and on a shock , we have noticed a break near the 'left back seat belt area'. AFTER EXPERIENCING THESE PROBLEMS , i can't control my tears because its a new vehicle (7 months old). The next day ( monday) the car did not started and Mr. thiru came to my house and tightened the battery connection. but he told me to COME IN PERSON TO THE SHOWROOM FOR OTHER PROBLEMS. SINCE THE PROBLEMS TO BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY I TOOK A 'LOSS OF PAY' LEAVE AND WENT. But the service head Mr. joseph ([protected]) failed accept that the break is theirs. [ since they got a point that why i did not notice the break during delivery ].. LEAVE THAT ISSUE( break in the seat belt area) My question is the problems(i) battery loose connection (ii) windows sound (iii) wiper water issue are caused by them. Why should suffer (i) mental agony (ii) 800 rs extra diesel charge bcoz of long route to reach my home and second visit to the showroom (iii) 1000 rupees loss of pay ( i lost my guest class amount also on that day). DON'T GO FOR EXPRESS HYUNDAI . Now i decided to go to consumer court to get JUSTICE.

Note : I can promise that THEY ONLY BREAK THAT BACK SEAT BELT PORTION when they are working with paint touchup

Hyundai — Worst service

Dear Sir,

I am the additional Government Pleader of Madurai Bench Of Madras High Court.
It is to say that I purchased i10 MAGNA from your dealer " Sukrith Motor Cars Pvt Ltd", Madurai,Tamilnadu on 21.08.2010 against cash payment. My customer I.D is C[protected] and the invoice number is H[protected]. My vehicle was registered as TN 59 AP 8888. From the day one I felt that the vehicle is pulling to left. When It was put before your dealer he assured to rectify the same in my first service. But after the first service when they delivered the car the defect was not rectified. Again a request was made and they get back the car and deliver the same in that evening in the very same condition. On that day I refused to accept the car and the first service coupon was not issued with your dealer after sevice due to non satisfaction.. But they told me that the service engineer from your company will visit every month and they will take my car for service at that time. Days went without any process.

In the third week of October I visited your dealer place and left my car there. After a week they contacted me and told that my car was serviced on the supervision of your company service engineer and the defect was rectified. Again the car was delivered to me and the defect was not rectified. They insist me to sign in the delivery note but I refused.

Since my brothers are having vehicles from Hyundai family (one i 20 in the name of Namasivayam and one i 10 in the name of Vetrivel, both are delivered by Susee, Thirunelveli.)I preferred to take delivery of a vehicle from the same family. Now we are very much upset due to the worst service from your company. It is not fair to show a face at the time of delivery and a worst face during service. I feel its my bad time so that I get a worst service for my hard earned money.

This letter is not in a faith that this will solve my problem but to expose your worst servic.
