One of the worst customer handling practices they have. No respect for customers, no respect for the buyers. Their motive is to get money from the customer and not on the service to be provided to the valued customers. After purchasing a product of 830000 rupees, they have not called yet (20 days) for product feedback and customer handling feedback....

I booked Hyundai Verna Fluidic in May 2011, while paying the advance they said that they will deliver it in 1 month. But after few weeks they sai the production is slow it will take other 1 month. After a month I received a letter from Hyundai stating i will be receiving the car on 20th of July, based on this I have booked a fancy number for some amount of cost which will be valid for one month only.
