i regret its not complaint on Cellebrum Technology Ltd., its on Express IT Couriers. i got confused the field .
I am suppose to receive a draft on urgent basis, it is from ICICI bank. I got a message on 13th may from ExpressIT saying they tried to deliver and ask me call to these no.s[protected]/[protected].i tried almost three days continuesly morethan 10-150 times, either the no. is busy/ not reachable/just recieve and place it aside.
Later i took some other no.s from ICICI CC(sender), if i call to those no.s they forwarde me to call again some other no. like a chain reaction. After all these on tenth no. i found a assistent she told my aonsignment will be delivered on the same day(16 May 08) else by next day. am still waiting nobody came here to deliver, if check myu waybill no. online they are just postponing my consignment delivery by noting time constraint as a reason.
I use to get all other mailers correctly without any prob but only ExpressIT failed to deliver to my office address, how strange.Even on call i gave all land marks, my office is near majestic Anand rao circle. i know there is no problem with the address its very clear that they hav't tried to deliver it. if ExpressIT is not able to deliver mailers why should it accept consignments to delivery. Its seriously troubling us. i am confused whether they know the importance of bank drafts and transactions. a hour/day late may cause lakhs of fines. Who will look in to it..if i fail to get my draft within this 20th may, i will be fined 5% on my whole amount where i need to pay.who is going to take the risk.

Express IT — Non Delivery of Cosignment
This is the worst courier company I have ever come across, their customer care numbers dont work & there is no one responsible to answer. I tried contacting their corporate office also but as usual there is no response. I have written to our company to stop business with Express IT. Because of the non-delivery of the cosignment in time I have incurred huge business loss.
