Express IT Complaints & Reviews

Sir,

I have applied for PAN card name change. Income tax department had changed and dispatch my new PAN card through Express IT courier on 10th Sep 2012. Till now, i didn't get my PAN Card. I have called many times to Express it customer servier but i didn't get proper response & status of my PAN card. Could you please help me to get my PAN Card.

My Pan card was sent by the NSDL on 7th jan via Express it Courier service. I track the same and found that they have write a status that no response on telephone, i immediately call their customer care, bombay and complained that i have not got any call from them, they said that they will call on my mobile again. this process of posting fake status on non-response by them and repeated complaint by me to their customer care center nothing...

I have not received my debit card from Express It courier, ICICI bank has already delivered debit card on 27th Jan'11 but still I have not received the till date.

Express courier service is very poor.

Please do the needful urgently.

Dear Sir,

My Pan Card was dispached through EXPRESS IT from Mumbai. It was also received by Basheerbagh branch of Express It. In spite of several requests the pan card was not delivered. The Airway Number is [protected]. I hope that the pan card will be delivered even after noticing this complaint.

Express it courier is very worst in India. I have applied for SBI Credit Card. My Card dispatched through Express it courier. But, I have not received because, he was not coming. & returened card because address was incomplete.
They deliver tappals according to their convenience. They are not at all sincere. All Employees are also very lazy. When I tried to contact those numbers more than 1000 times. No...

I have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life.,I applied for Kotak credit card and it was approved and sent through Expressit 25/08/2009 and i got SMS saying it will be delivered within 4 days but as on 1st september i have not got my card and if i call to bangalore expressit they give lazy answer saying address untraceable and i have given all detail where to come and contact detail.Still...

I cannot recieved my pan card yet, but when I checked in tracking system of this company we find that they delievered the pan to wrong person SATYA but there is no any person named Satya at the Given Address as C-76, RDC raj Nagar Ghaziabad, The bill no is [protected].
So, What we can do in this regards, I called many times but they never picked the phone. They also mention the delievered time is 23.00 hrs.br...

i am trying to reach the branch of courier and callcenter no one has attend the call still now . Why icici is still empanelled with express it i dont know, if icici is going to continue the service with express it, they are going to lose the customers, lets see when i am receving the courierbr...

I ve ordered some items through Rediff.com shopping site on 15/06/2008. Luckily I ve not paid thro Credit Card / DD
instead i ve opted for Cash On Delivery (COD).
The Tack my order status daily shows -> In Transit
with Express IT couriers. But till date I ve not received the item or received any enquiry Calls by the couriers, who are supposed to collect Cash from me on delivery of the parcel.br...

i regret its not complaint on Cellebrum Technology Ltd., its on Express IT Couriers. i got confused the field .


I am suppose to receive a draft on urgent basis, it is from ICICI bank.
