[Resolved]  Ezeecloud — Employee's termination

The ezeecloud company please doesn’t join this fraud company in India I have worked in this company for 7th Month. The company is located in Bangalore.
The CEO will call for Interview and he will tell to work for 2 years with employment agreement with taking of original certificate.
CEO will not pay any salary for first 3 to 4 months we have to work more than 10 hrs in day and also he assign the work after 8 PM and he will tell complete the work and go, next day we should be within time. After 3 to 4 months he calls for meetings who have joined newly before 3 month and tells your work fine and I will hike the salary.
But he never paid for 3 to 4 months salary how he can pay hike. After that he will give additional work with regular and it will be over loaded to employee he adds extra work in other way work is over you may leave.
One employee work for 5 month without salary they will pay Rs.2000 to 3000 after 3 months as bonus.
He never bother about employee he want only work if employee work more hours is good for him.
One employee is leaving that company. He will never pay any salary, EPF and ESI for any employees who have worked for ezeecloud.
Marketing executive he tells that we will pay Rs.20000 and retention bonus Rs.2000 + EPF +ESI which Includes in Rs20000 and there will be incentives pay if you perform and business is good from your side. If you work for 2 years it will be retention bonus Rs.48000.
Still one Marketing executives has not taken the retention bonus in ezeecloud. Before that he will remove from ezeecloud because he has to pay retention bonus Rs.48000 for marketing executive that why. If marketing executive ask for retention bonus he will tell that you have not complete 2 years if you complete also he will never pay the retention bonus and he will tell that you have not achieved target in certain period and I have paid free salary for 2 to 3 months.
He will delay salary for marketing executive and he will pays 50% or 25% salary if we have not enter DR we will considered as absent or not worked.
If CEO decided to remove any one, he will start to scold in front your colleague and others and he will given work more and unnecessary work also. After 8 PM he will calls for meeting he tells that work not happened and this work not happened. If you’re not interested you may leave and put the paper I have loft of employee still there are waiting to work for my company. If we take leave he calls next day, he will give more work for 2 days duration time.
In ezeecloud if we work only experiences about CEO not work. He is a Big liar tells One Billion dollar company he never pay salary properly how can be One Billion dollar company. He had fraud more than 200 employees, Vendor and Client also more.
