Refund of cancelled amount

I booked a room in Hotel Saratha Rajan in Madurai and cancelled the booking on Jan 19 (Reference no SAR[protected]. Expected refund amount credit date was 01/02/2017. I received an SMS on Feb 8 stating that the cancellation amount of Rs. 3260.80 will be refunded in two working days. It has not happened till Feb 14. Repeated calls are of no use. Cheating customers

Non refund of money cancelled hotel booking
